This Acceptable Use and Prohibited Products Policy applies to every seller, store, product, sales page and checkout that uses Koopfy. Koopfy Payments LLC (“Koopfy”) prioritizes consumer safety, regulatory compliance and the integrity of the payment ecosystem. The lists below are examples and are not exhaustive: anything illegal is prohibited even if it is not named here. Violations may result in product removal, fund holds, account suspension or permanent termination.

8. How to report a violation

Anyone can report a product, store or page that violates this policy by emailing support@koopfy.com with the subject ‘Policy violation report’. Include the store or product address, a description of the problem and any available evidence. Rights holders should identify the work or trademark and provide proof of ownership. We acknowledge every report within 1 business day.

9. Product removal process

Koopfy follows the same documented steps for every suspected violation. 1. Intake. Reports reach us from buyers, rights holders, payment partners, card networks and authorities, and from our own monitoring: onboarding review, dispute and early-alert monitoring, purchases flagged by buyers as unrecognized, and support tickets. Each report is recorded as a case. 2. Triage, within 1 business day. Our compliance team classifies the case. When the product is clearly illegal or falls under sections 1, 2 or 4, its sales are disabled immediately, before the review is complete. 3. Review, within 3 business days. The team examines the product, the sales page, the checkout and the seller's history, and may request documents such as licenses, supplier invoices or brand authorization. The seller has 2 business days to respond. 4. Action. If the violation is confirmed, the product is removed and can no longer be sold. When the violation is severe, repeated or affects the store as a whole, the seller's account is suspended, which blocks all new payments, and payouts are held as described in the Penalties Policy. 5. Notice. The seller is notified by email with the reason for the action and what is needed to resolve it. 6. Appeal. The seller may appeal within 10 business days by replying to the notice with supporting evidence. A supervisor who did not take part in the original decision reviews the appeal and responds within 5 business days. Products that fall under sections 1, 2 or 4 are not reinstated. 7. Record. Every action is logged with the responsible team member, the date, the reason and the evidence. Records are retained and made available to payment partners and authorities on request.

10. Violations and consequences

• Immediate product removal; • Account suspension; • Fund holds or payout delays; • Additional documentation requests; • Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations; • Reporting to payment partners and to the competent authorities, where applicable.

These documents apply to merchants using the platform and, where relevant, to customers buying through checkouts powered by Koopfy.
