This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Koopfy checkout. Koopfy acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for the products and services offered on this payment page. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. As we offer both digital and physical goods, refund and return rules vary by product type.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Memberships, Software)
1.1 Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee (or 14 days when specified on the product page) from the purchase date. 1.2 Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within the guarantee period. 1.3 Consumption Logs: As Merchant of Record, Koopfy may monitor digital access and usage to prevent abuse. Refunds may be denied in cases of policy abuse. 1.4 Subscription Cancellations: Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Past charges are non-refundable outside the guarantee window.
2. Physical Products (E-commerce & Nutraceuticals)
2.1 Returns Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. 2.2 Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging. 2.3 Nutraceuticals: Must be unopened with safety seal intact. 2.4 RMA Requirement: Return authorization must be obtained before shipping. 2.5 Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless defective or incorrect item. 2.6 Trackable shipping is recommended.
